Refund policy

New & unused products may be returned - within 14 days of purchase - in exchange for store credit. Proof of purchase is required when exchanging items for store credit, and it must be in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee: 15% for regular in-stock items, or 30% for special orders.

Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer. To ensure our staff's safety, we reserve the right to refuse items based on the above protocols.  Customer is responsible for any associated shipping fees.
